Senior Recruiter (Remote, Brazil)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition for a fast‑scaling, performance‑driven organization. Based in Brazil and working fully remote, you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, from proactive sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for multiple departments, including marketing, strategy, operations, and digital functions.
• Proactively source and engage passive talent, building long‑term pipelines.
• Conduct screening interviews, coordinate interview stages, and maintain clear communication with candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine role definitions, challenge unrealistic expectations, and improve interview efficiency.
• Manage and optimize the ATS (e.g., Ashby), ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and reporting.
• Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and mitigate hiring risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior, full‑cycle recruiting within fast‑paced agencies, SaaS, or high‑growth environments.
• Strong sourcing expertise with a track record of engaging passive candidates.
• Demonstrated ability to close candidates, negotiate compensation, and manage counteroffers.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to interact with senior‑level stakeholders.
• High autonomy, organization, and attention to detail while handling multiple priorities.
