Senior Recruitment Business Partner

About the role

Adyen is looking for a Senior Recruitment Business Partner to join its Sao Paulo office. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for positions across Brazil and Mexico, partnering closely with hiring managers and the broader People team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment pipeline, from sourcing to offer, ensuring a great candidate experience.
• Act as the first point of contact for candidates and recruitment agencies.
• Screen and engage talent that aligns with Adyen’s culture and values.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to craft attractive job descriptions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent network and explore new sourcing channels.
• Use data and metrics to improve hiring processes and provide insights.
• Facilitate hiring manager training sessions regularly.
• Drive regional and occasional global hiring improvements.
• Partner with the People team to solve complex recruitment challenges.
• Represent Adyen as an employer brand ambassador at events and speaker sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting senior individual contributors and leadership roles.
• Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable adapting to a fast‑changing environment and handling multiple priorities.
• Passionate about building high‑performing teams and fostering continuous development.
