About the role
The Senior Royalties Operations Analyst will manage licensing contracts for cotton and support the monitoring system for cotton in Brazil. The role is part of BASF’s Agro business, contributing to sustainable agricultural solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage licensing contracts for cotton seed varieties.
- Conduct analyses and maintain the cotton monitoring system across Brazil.
- Create managerial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to drive operational excellence.
Required profile
- Strong planning and data‑management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and assertive communication skills.
- Systemic vision and intermediate English proficiency.
- Passion for agriculture and willingness to stay updated on market dynamics.
Required skills
- Experience with seed‑related processes (preferred).
- Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards.
