Senior Salesforce Developer – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join In All Media’s remote LATAM team. The role focuses on modernising and scaling an enterprise Service Cloud environment, delivering high‑impact functionality and robust third‑party integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components, while supporting legacy Aura and Visualforce components.
• Configure and optimise Service Cloud features, including Omni‑Channel routing, presence management and agent capacity rules.
• Build fault‑tolerant integrations with external platforms via Salesforce REST, Bulk and Metadata APIs.
• Integrate third‑party SaaS applications, AppExchange packages and CTI/digital messaging systems into the CRM.
• Execute tasks independently within Agile/Scrum sprints, perform unit testing and collaborate on technical alignment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong background in both backend (Apex, Batch/Async) and frontend (LWC) development.
• Proven experience with Service Cloud configuration and Omni‑Channel automation.
• Hands‑on experience delivering large‑scale integrations using Salesforce APIs.
