Senior Specialist, Legal Services

About the role

Mastercard Brazil is seeking a Senior Specialist in Legal Services to support its legal team. You will work on contract execution, legal analysis, and operational matters, gaining exposure to a wide range of commercial and corporate issues within the payments industry.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and administer commercial agreements and related legal documents.
• Conduct legal research, track issues, and prepare summaries and analyses for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain legal trackers, templates, and documentation for contract management, reporting, meeting minutes, and committee agendas.
• Interface with business and legal stakeholders to support legal processes and workflows.
• Assist senior legal team members on projects and initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
• At least 3 years of post‑qualification legal experience, preferably supporting commercial contracts.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
