Senior Supply Planner Analyst

About the role

The Senior Supply Planner Analyst will ensure the availability of Mobility Aftermarket parts for the North America market, balancing customer service, inventory targets and vendor performance. The role also drives continuous‑improvement initiatives across the planning function.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage customer service levels, inventory balances and supplier deliveries to meet established targets.
• Analyze supply chain and logistics KPIs, identify risks such as shortages or excess inventory, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, IT, Logistics, Accounting, Production and key vendors to align supply plans.
• Prepare management reports and support decision‑making for operational planning.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects to enhance material flow, service levels and overall supply chain efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with experience in S&OP, MRP, demand planning or import/export operations.
• Proven track record in inventory management, supply planning and KPI monitoring.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving abilities and capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
