Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst – Hybrid, São Paulo

About the role

We are looking for a versatile People & Talent Acquisition Senior Analyst to drive our talent operations in Brazil. This hybrid position (2 days remote per week) combines end‑to‑end recruiting with core HR functions, giving you impact across the entire employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting for open positions in Brazil, from intake to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft inclusive job descriptions.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, direct outreach and internal networks.
• Conduct screenings, coordinate interview panels and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Manage offer processes, compensation discussions and post‑offer engagement.
• Track recruiting metrics, identify bottlenecks and support DE&I hiring goals.
• Support the employee lifecycle in Brazil: onboarding, status changes, performance cycles and off‑boarding.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration and maintain accurate HR records.
• Coordinate employee engagement programs and act as a resource for HR policies and compliance.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in recruiting and/or HR generalist roles.
• Hands‑on end‑to‑end recruiting experience for technical and non‑technical positions.
• Experience hiring in the Brazilian market; exposure to international hiring is a plus.
• Familiarity with CLT and Brazilian labor regulations.
• Background in fast‑paced, high‑growth startup or tech/consulting environments.
• Advanced written and spoken English; daily communication with US stakeholders.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with ATS/HRIS tools.
