Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across all levels. You will partner closely with business leaders to shape hiring strategies that support rapid global growth while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with team leaders to understand organizational structures, gaps, and business drivers, translating insights into hiring plans.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive multi‑channel sourcing.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market intelligence, setting realistic expectations, and coaching interview best practices.
• Ensure a best‑in‑class candidate journey from first contact through onboarding.
• Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness to continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven strategic recruiting experience, preferably in an international business environment.
• Successful track record recruiting for complex and senior‑level positions.
• Strong understanding of global labor markets and international hiring practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
