Senior Tax Analyst – Direct Taxation

About the role

Tetra Pak is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to lead the calculation and compliance of Brazil's corporate income tax (IRPJ) and social contribution on net income (CSLL). Based in Monte Mor, São Paulo, you will ensure accurate tax reporting, support audits, and advise internal teams on tax implications of business transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and monitor controls for IRPJ and CSLL calculations, including current and deferred tax.
• Prepare and review ancillary filings such as ECD and ECF, ensuring timely submission.
• Perform reconciliations between tax and accounting bases and analyze the impact of accounting entries on tax liabilities.
• Monitor changes in federal legislation, including Transfer Pricing rules, and assess their impact on the company.
• Support internal and external audit requests and handle tax audits from the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service.
• Maintain Tax Clearance Certificates (CNDs) and manage tax accounts.
• Provide tax advice to internal stakeholders and prepare Transfer Pricing documentation.
• Identify tax risks and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration or a related field.
• Solid experience working with direct taxes in Brazil.
• Advanced English communication skills; Spanish is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and collaborative team player.
