Senior Tax Analyst – IRPJ & CSLL Compliance

About the role

Tetra Pak is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to ensure accurate calculation and compliance of Brazil's corporate income tax (IRPJ) and social contribution on net income (CSLL). The role covers current and deferred tax, ancillary filings such as ECD and ECF, and the reconciliation of tax and accounting bases. The position is based in Monte Mor, São Paulo, Brazil.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, create and maintain controls for accurate IRPJ and CSLL calculation and compliance.
• Prepare and review current and deferred tax calculations.
• Submit ancillary obligations (ECD, ECF, and other required filings) on time and with high quality.
• Perform and validate reconciliations between taxable income and accounting income.
• Monitor the impact of accounting entries on direct tax calculations.
• Track and interpret changes in federal legislation, including Transfer Pricing, and assess their impact.
• Support internal and external audit requests related to direct taxes.
• Handle tax audits and notifications from the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service.
• Control Tax Clearance Certificates (CNDs) and monitor tax accounts.
• Advise internal stakeholders on correct tax treatment of transactions.
• Prepare and review Transfer Pricing documentation in line with Brazilian law and group policies.
• Identify tax risks and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration or a related field.
• Solid experience working with direct taxes (IRPJ, CSLL) in Brazil.
• Advanced English communication skills; Spanish is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and results‑driven attitude.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.
