SEO Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑driven SEO Operations Specialist to support multiple client accounts from Brazil. In this execution‑focused position you will work closely with an SEO Lead to ensure that on‑page, technical and local SEO initiatives are delivered accurately, efficiently and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and quality‑assure SEO tasks across on‑page, off‑page, technical and local SEO activities.
• Manage technical SEO audits, identify issues and follow up on resolutions.
• Oversee content publishing workflows, including pre‑launch reviews and quality checks.
• Support Google Business Profile optimisation and local SEO projects.
• Monitor backlink profiles, track links and maintain SEO performance data.
• Produce operational updates and reports to track SEO performance and progress.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience covering on‑page, technical and local SEO.
• Strong attention to detail and a process‑driven mindset.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills across multiple projects.
• Proactive communicator who can flag issues early and work independently.
