SEO Operations Specialist

About the role

The SEO Operations Specialist will ensure flawless execution of SEO tasks across multiple client accounts in Brazil. Working closely with SEO leadership, you will translate strategic plans into high‑quality operational deliverables, covering on‑page, technical, off‑page and local SEO.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution and quality assurance of on‑page, off‑page, technical and local SEO initiatives.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, detect issues and coordinate fixes.
• Manage content publishing workflows to guarantee SEO compliance before launch.
• Optimize Google Business Profiles and oversee local SEO activities.
• Monitor backlink profiles, track performance and ensure link‑building tasks are completed.
• Perform SEO QA checks to meet project standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet campaign deadlines.
• Maintain operational documentation and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on SEO experience covering on‑page, off‑page, local and technical SEO.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage several client accounts simultaneously.
• Proactive, highly organized and capable of delivering accurate work under tight timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
