SEO Specialist

About the role

Mindgruve is seeking an SEO Specialist to join its growing Brazil team. This hands‑on position focuses on executing SEO strategies, managing client roadmaps, and delivering measurable organic growth for a portfolio of LATAM clients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute SEO strategies across multiple LATAM accounts, tailoring tactics to each client’s goals.
• Maintain and track SEO roadmaps, ensuring projects stay on schedule and stakeholders remain aligned.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content‑gap assessments.
• Perform on‑page and technical SEO work, including site structure, internal linking, page optimization, schema implementation, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
• Collaborate with content, design, development, and analytics teams to integrate SEO into all deliverables.
• Support content and editorial planning to build topical authority.
• Prepare and present performance reports and insights to clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to the growth and knowledge‑sharing of the broader SEO team.
• Stay current on AI and LLM developments and apply them to SEO workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on SEO experience (agency, freelance, or hybrid).
• Direct client‑facing experience, including communication, presentation, and expectation management.
• Proven ability to manage SEO roadmaps and projects end‑to‑end.
• Fluency in Portuguese and strong English proficiency.

Required skills

• Technical SEO: site audits, on‑page optimization, schema, Core Web Vitals.
• Keyword research and content strategy.
• Data storytelling and reporting.
• Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
• Project‑management tools such as Asana.
