Site Engagement Liaison

About the role

ICON Strategic Solutions is hiring a Site Engagement Liaison in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Working in a sponsor-dedicated model, you will foster relationships with clinical trial sites, enhance site engagement and help advance treatments that benefit patients worldwide. ICON is described as the world's largest FSP organisation, with over 90 sponsor partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at clinical trial sites, including principal investigators, site coordinators and research staff.
• Support and guide site staff on study protocols, procedures and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and successful study conduct.
• Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and optimise site performance through regular communication and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement site engagement strategies tailored to each study and site.
• Monitor site performance metrics and report regularly to study teams on engagement activities and outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Previous experience in clinical research, site management or a related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 35%).
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
