Social Media & Digital Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative, digitally‑savvy, and culturally connected Social Media & Digital Graphic Designer to support Sony Pictures Entertainment’s social media and digital marketing initiatives across Latin America. The ideal candidate understands platform‑specific storytelling and can produce fast, high‑quality visual content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce platform‑native assets such as reels, short‑form videos, thumbnails, stories, carousels, memes and GIFs.
• Support social media campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, branded content, promotional launches and audience‑engagement strategies for Sony Pictures Entertainment’s portfolio.
• Maintain consistent visual standards across multiple brands and campaigns while meeting tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with content creators, influencers and internal teams to adapt global entertainment campaigns for LATAM audiences.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high‑quality output.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communications, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Social Media or Digital Designer in entertainment, streaming, media or premium lifestyle brands, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of digital‑first work.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging platform ecosystems, including formats, algorithms and audience behaviors.
• Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high visual standards.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience creating social‑first content such as reels, short‑form video assets, thumbnails, stories, carousels, memes and GIFs.
• Strong design, typography, layout, motion and visual storytelling abilities.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered creative tools and openness to integrating emerging technologies into workflows.
