Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager at Mindgruve will bring brand strategies to life across multiple platforms. You will create compelling content, engage communities, and use data to optimise performance for a variety of client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute content calendars on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, X and Pinterest.
• Track monthly and quarterly performance metrics, highlight top‑performing content and flag low‑performing posts.
• Use social measurement and scheduling tools such as Sprinklr, Meta Business Manager, Sprout Social and social listening platforms at an intermediate level.
• Interpret KPIs, contribute insights to client reporting and identify platform or competitor trends.
• Support community management by exploring comments, questions and user‑generated content for audience insights.
• Transform briefs into platform‑ready posts, write captions that match tone of voice and ensure accessibility standards (alt text, sound‑off design).
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, communicate with creative and account teams, and flag any content updates required by platform changes.

• Platform‑savvy and creatively driven professional.
• Ability to work with strategists, creators and account teams with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of brand audiences and community dynamics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Sprinklr.
• Proficiency with Meta Business Manager.
• Proficiency with Sprout Social.
• Experience with social listening platforms.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, X, Pinterest).
