Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for an organized, proactive Social Media Manager to lead the planning, coordination and execution of social media initiatives for Betano. The role focuses on project management, operational excellence and stakeholder collaboration rather than direct content creation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media calendars and oversee campaign execution across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of content and campaigns.
• Develop presentations, performance reports and executive updates.
• Monitor social performance, identify optimisation opportunities and support real‑time marketing.
• Assist major events, sponsorship activations and real‑time marketing initiatives.
• Implement and improve workflows, processes and operational efficiencies.
• Identify and leverage AI tools to enhance planning, reporting and productivity.
• Maintain consistency of brand voice and execution across all channels.

Required profile

• Strong experience in social media, digital marketing, content operations or project management.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent English.
• Experience in sports, entertainment, media, gaming, betting or fast‑paced consumer brands is a plus.

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Slides.
• Experience with reporting tools.
