Sourcing Specialist – Procurement

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join its Procurement team. You will support global clients by driving strategic sourcing initiatives, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost‑effective procurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end strategic sourcing and RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ).
• Negotiate with suppliers, manage contracts, and perform bid analysis and cost comparisons.
• Oversee procurement operations, stakeholder engagement, and savings tracking.
• Execute procurement processes, including purchase order creation and sourcing tool handling.
• Perform data analysis to inform procurement decisions and support basic category management.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in procurement or sourcing.
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1) and Spanish.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, global environment.
