About the role

ACCIONA, a global leader in regenerative infrastructure, is seeking a Supervisor Commercial for the Reading and Billing area of its water sanitation project in Arcoverde and Caruaru, Pernambuco. The role ensures the integrity of the meter‑reading and billing cycle, converting actual consumption into accurate revenue while safeguarding high‑value customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and monitor the monthly reading schedule to achieve 100% coverage within regulatory deadlines.
• Supervise field readers (in‑house or outsourced), tracking productivity, routes, and use of data collectors/thermal printers.
• Analyze and reduce reading impediment rates through strategic actions with customers.
• Oversee analysis of consumption anomalies before invoice issuance to prevent billing errors.
• Ensure current tariff tables are correctly applied across residential, commercial, industrial, and other categories.
• Investigate invoice cancellations and replacements, identify process gaps, and train the team.
• Supervise differentiated measurement for high‑consumption clients such as industries, public agencies, and large condominiums.
• Monitor remote telemetry systems and address atypical consumption alerts in real time.
• Act as the technical point of contact for billing queries of major accounts, reducing disputes and institutional delinquency.

Required profile

• Completed higher education in Administration, Engineering (Civil, Production or Electrical), Economics or Accounting.
• Experience in commercial operations of utilities (water sanitation, electricity or gas) and managing field and office teams.
• Valid Category B driver’s license (CNH‑B).
• Residence in Caruaru, Arcoverde or nearby regions.
