Supply Chain Manager – Devices & Accessories

About the role

Amazon Devices is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead planning, inventory allocation, and vendor support for its portfolio of devices and accessories. The role is part of the BR Devices team and focuses on driving process improvements, automation, and an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end planning processes and workflows across the devices network.
• Oversee importation and distribution processes within Amazon’s supply chain.
• Design and implement inventory allocation strategies to optimize placement, sales, turns, and customer experience.
• Partner with worldwide planning, sales, finance, marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Own and communicate demand insights and supply allocation plans to cross‑functional teams.
• Facilitate data‑driven decision‑making with sales and marketing leaders.
• Invent and simplify processes to continuously improve operations for internal and external customers.

Required profile

• 4+ years of supply‑chain experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process‑improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Strong business judgment and experience in in‑stock, supply‑chain, or operations management.
• Proven ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and effective prioritization skills.
