The Talent Acquisition Advisor supports DA’s hiring efforts across roles and regions, delivering high‑quality recruitment from brief to offer. Based in Brazil, the role combines proactive sourcing with close partnership with hiring managers in a fast‑growing global organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner, driving strategic sourcing and owning requisitions beyond the assigned list.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for multiple levels, functions and geographies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, share progress and remove recruitment barriers.
• Advise hiring managers on best‑practice recruitment processes, candidate assessment and hiring decisions.
• Provide market insights and data‑driven recommendations to shape hiring strategies.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records in DA’s hiring systems and ensure a seamless end‑to‑end candidate experience.
• Support the Talent Acquisition Manager on projects, driving workstreams and contributing ideas to scale hiring.
