Talent Acquisition Executive – LATAM

About the role

Wati is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to lead its hiring strategy across Latin America. Reporting to the Head of Talent & Strategy in Singapore, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a fast‑growing AI‑native organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring needs.
• Own full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across LATAM using LinkedIn and relevant professional communities.
• Utilise ATS tools (Workable) and AI‑enabled workflows to streamline the hiring process.
• Support salary proposals, offer preparation, and onboarding activities.
• Track recruitment metrics and generate insights to improve effectiveness.
• Stay updated on LATAM labour market trends and contribute to employer branding.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, preferably in tech or high‑growth environments.
• Strong knowledge of LATAM labour markets and employment regulations (e.g., Brazil, Mexico, Colombia).
• Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Workable (ATS) proficiency.
• LinkedIn Recruiter usage.
