Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

PayJoy is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for Go‑to‑Market, Operations and Corporate functions. You will act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, translating business needs into effective recruitment strategies while delivering a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment life‑cycle from sourcing strategy design to pre‑boarding coordination.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define role requirements and influence hiring decisions.
• Design and execute multi‑channel sourcing campaigns (job boards, LinkedIn, talent communities, referrals, direct outreach) with a focus on passive talent.
• Conduct structured competency‑based and behavioral interviews, calibrate assessment criteria, and provide data‑driven hiring recommendations.
• Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in full‑cycle talent acquisition within high‑growth, technology‑driven organisations.
• Proven track record hiring mid‑to‑senior and specialist roles across multiple functions and geographies.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted business partner to senior hiring managers.
