Talent Acquisition Specialist – Digital Media & Creative Hiring

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruitment for fast‑growing digital media and YouTube‑first brands in Brazil. The role focuses on building high‑performing creative, operational and leadership teams while delivering a professional candidate experience in a remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from intake meetings to offer negotiation and hiring closure.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen and interview candidates for creative, operational and leadership positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules, assessments and stakeholder alignment throughout hiring cycles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and long‑term candidate relationships, re‑engaging passive talent.
• Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, recruitment documentation and track hiring metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Background recruiting for creative industries, digital media or the creator economy.
• Proven ability to hire for roles such as video editors, scriptwriters, designers, animators or other content‑focused positions.
• Strong stakeholder management and partnership experience with hiring managers and leadership teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using insights to improve hiring outcomes.
