Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global recruitment function in Brazil. You will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring high‑quality talent for both technical and non‑technical positions, while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Create and maintain job postings in the ATS and track recruitment activities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Handle a portfolio of 10‑20 open requisitions simultaneously.
• Conduct background and reference checks.
• Monitor and improve recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑hire and candidate experience.
• Support employer branding through social media and recruitment campaigns.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in‑house.
• Proven ability to recruit for both technical and non‑technical roles in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Excellent communication in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
• Legally eligible to work in Brazil without sponsorship.
