Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its global HR team. The role is fully remote and focuses on sourcing, assessing, and guiding both technical and non‑technical candidates for internal positions and client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate profiles and online information to evaluate overall fit.
• Contact candidates via phone, video calls, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule and coordinate internal and technical interviews, maintaining accurate records in the recruitment system.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to verify qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Provide continuous follow‑up and communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in recruiting or related fields.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on listening and persuasion.
• Excellent time‑management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes.
• Advanced English proficiency.
