Talent Director LATAM

About the role

We are a global leader in ophthalmic lenses, frames and sunglasses, operating in more than 150 countries. As Talent Director LATAM you will shape and execute the region’s talent strategy, ensuring we attract, develop and retain top leaders across 13 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the LATAM talent acquisition strategy, building diverse pipelines and enhancing employer branding.
• Partner with global Talent Acquisition Centers of Excellence to adopt best‑practice tools, technology and analytics.
• Oversee regional talent reviews, succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
• Design and deliver learning, development and leadership programs aligned with global frameworks.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Country HR Heads and Business Leaders to align talent initiatives with business priorities.
• Ensure consistent application of global talent management and acquisition policies across the region.
• Leverage data and analytics to measure impact and inform decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
• Extensive senior HR leadership experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proven track record of leading talent acquisition and talent management programs at regional or global scale.
