Talent Quality Auditor (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Quality Auditor to ensure high‑quality standards across its Talent Acquisition processes. Working remotely, you will audit candidate calls, screening interviews, and written communications, identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end quality audits of calls, screenings, emails, and workflows against defined scorecards and KPIs.
• Analyze large volumes of operational data to spot performance gaps, recurring issues, and risk patterns.
• Document audit findings with precision and propose adjustments to audit frameworks and evaluation criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements and maintain consistent hiring standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Quality Control.
• Proven ability to evaluate performance using scorecards, KPIs, or similar standards.
• Strong attention to detail, accurate data review, and excellent written documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate fluently in English.
