Talent Quality Auditor (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Quality Auditor to join our remote team. In this position you will safeguard the quality and consistency of our Talent Acquisition processes by conducting thorough audits of candidate interactions, screening calls and written communications.

Key responsibilities

• Perform end‑to‑end quality audits of Talent Acquisition activities, including calls, screenings, emails and workflow steps.
• Measure performance against established standards, scorecards and KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues and risk patterns, documenting findings with precision.
• Recommend improvements to audit frameworks, processes and evaluation criteria.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing or Quality Control.
• Proven experience auditing operational processes and evaluating performance using defined standards.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data review and documentation.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
