Talent Supply Chain Coordinator (Remote, Brazil)

About the role

Kelly is looking for a Talent Supply Chain Coordinator to support the launch and operation of an interim Managed Service Provider (MSP) staffing program. This fully remote position in Brazil focuses on coordinating requisitions, suppliers, and candidates rather than direct sourcing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requisition intake and strategy discussions with hiring managers.
• Align staffing suppliers on hiring requirements.
• Coordinate candidate submissions, interview scheduling, and selection.
• Track activity and maintain accurate records in Fieldglass and Sevayo.
• Manage communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support reporting, scheduling, invoicing, and process documentation.
• Identify and escalate delays or process gaps.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of recruitment, staffing or talent acquisition experience (pharmaceutical/life‑sciences preferred).
• Experience coordinating third‑party staffing agencies and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow‑through.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Professional English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication.
• Residency in Brazil and ability to work fully remote.
