Tax Compliance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Tax Compliance Specialist to manage daily tax obligations for our local legal entities. The role involves ensuring accurate tax calculations, declarations, and reporting while supporting the implementation of e‑tax invoice systems.

Key responsibilities

• Handle routine tax calculation, declaration and reporting for local entities.
• Support local tax invoice issues, set up and upgrade e‑tax invoice systems, and ensure VAT invoice issuance complies with guidelines.
• Provide tax treatment advice for business models and suggest optimization plans.
• Coordinate with the headquarters tax team and external agents to maintain compliance with local tax regulations.
• Identify high‑frequency tax scenarios, develop AI‑assisted workflows, and continuously improve processing efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Fluent English for daily finance and taxation communication.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex tax information.
• High attention to detail and thorough knowledge of tax laws.
• Experience with cutting‑edge technologies such as AI or large language models in tax processes is a plus.
