Tax Manager – English Speaker

About the role

The Tax Manager will lead all tax matters for Sailun Group in Brazil, ensuring full compliance with local regulations while supporting the company’s growth strategy. This role combines advisory responsibilities with hands‑on tax compliance and interaction with tax authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Independently resolve tax‑related issues and own local tax compliance.
• Advise business teams on tax‑efficient structures, contract reviews, logistics flows, and invoice issuance.
• Liaise with tax authorities to secure incentives or refunds, supporting business development across Brazil.
• Participate in the development and configuration of Brazil’s tax information system.
• Report local tax matters regularly to the headquarters tax team.
• Assist with Pillar II filings or registrations as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional tax experience with strong technical knowledge.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
