Tech Recruiter (Mid-level) – Remote, Brazil

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Tech Recruiter to join a fast‑moving environment, connecting top technology talent with innovative projects across Brazil and international markets. The role is fully remote, offering high autonomy and the chance to influence hiring strategies that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for a variety of technology positions, from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies using multiple platforms, talent databases, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Identify new candidate attraction channels and optimise job advertising to maximise engagement.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate technical needs into effective recruitment plans.
• Conduct technical and behavioural interviews, assessing skills and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines in the ATS and monitor recruitment metrics.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter with full‑cycle recruitment expertise.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies, including hunting techniques and Boolean search.
• Ability to handle high volumes of vacancies and multiple stakeholders while maintaining quality.
• Analytical mindset, results‑oriented, and comfortable working with urgency.
