Technical Implementation Specialist

About the role

The Technical Implementation Specialist joins LexisNexis Risk Solutions' Professional Services team to deliver implementation projects for Financial Crime and Compliance SaaS products. You will work closely with compliance, operations and technology stakeholders to configure, integrate and launch solutions that meet customers' regulatory and risk‑management needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end implementation projects for the Financial Crime and Compliance product portfolio, ensuring timely and high‑quality execution.
• Gather, analyse and document business, compliance and technical requirements, then configure platform solutions accordingly.
• Support technical integrations with third‑party systems using REST APIs, web services and webhooks.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions and product demonstrations for customers.
• Collaborate with internal Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success and Support teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Identify implementation risks, communicate challenges proactively and contribute to mitigation plans.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑facing role such as Professional Services, Implementation Consulting or Technical Account Management.
• Proven experience implementing, configuring or supporting enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and system configurations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent communication at all organizational levels.
