Temporary Talent Acquisition Sourcer – LATAM

About the role

Join the fast‑growing Talent Acquisition team at 99/DiDi as a Temporary Sourcer focused on the LATAM region. You will design and execute sourcing strategies that connect top talent with high‑impact opportunities across our Middle Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead sourcing strategies for hiring managers throughout LATAM.
• Partner with Recruiters and Talent Community teams to achieve monthly hiring targets.
• Develop talent maps and market insights to inform organizational design.
• Build and nurture pipelines of high‑quality candidates for current and future roles.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and key talent pools.
• Train hiring managers on sourcing best practices and interview techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven sourcing experience in a high‑volume recruiting environment (in‑house or agency).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent project‑management and organizational abilities.
