About the role

Join TikTok's fast‑growing commerce team in Brazil as a Commerce Account Manager focused on Home & Living creators. You will shape the short‑term and long‑term strategy to expand the creator ecosystem, drive sales, and enhance the overall shopping experience on TikTok Shop.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a creator development strategy for Home & Living, targeting both short‑term growth and long‑term sustainability.
• Scale e‑commerce creator volume and sales by identifying, onboarding, and nurturing high‑potential creators.
• Design and improve internal processes that support merchant and creator growth.
• Produce performance reports and insights, analyzing audience conversion metrics for creator‑generated commerce content.
• Create and amplify successful case studies to raise awareness of creator‑driven business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to forge creator‑merchant partnerships that boost revenue.
• Participate in merchant meetings to promote the creator network and encourage adoption of creator‑led sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in creator, affiliate, or digital‑marketing development within internet or e‑commerce companies.
• Proven ability to design growth strategies and roadmaps with a strong data‑driven mindset.
• Quick learner, strategic thinker, and self‑motivated contributor.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project‑management capabilities.
