About the role

Bosch Digital Americas is looking for a Senior Communication Analyst to lead and coordinate communication initiatives across the regional IT organization. The role acts as a bridge between IT leadership, internal associates, and business partners, translating complex technical topics into clear, engaging messages.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with IT leadership priorities.
• Translate technical subjects into human‑centered stories for diverse audiences.
• Partner with IT Directors, the CIO, and global teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Oversee creation of multi‑channel content such as videos, digital assets, and live sessions.
• Capture and analyse associate sentiment through surveys and feedback loops.
• Lead planning and execution of IT events, webinars, and campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
• Significant experience in corporate communication, preferably within an IT or technology environment.
• Proven ability to craft clear, compelling messages for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills and experience advising senior leadership.
