Virtual Assistant - Website & SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant with strong website management and SEO expertise to support our client’s online presence. The role is fully remote and focuses on maintaining a WordPress site, optimizing on‑page SEO, and ensuring seamless lead flow into the CRM.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update WordPress pages, blog posts, layouts, and service/landing pages.
• Ensure website responsiveness across desktop and mobile devices.
• Identify and fix broken links, formatting errors, and performance issues.
• Perform on‑page SEO tasks: titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and keyword optimization using Search Atlas.
• Conduct keyword research, track performance, and implement SEO improvements.
• Build and manage funnels, forms, and automations in Go High Level, linking leads to the CRM.
• Monitor system integrations, report on SEO performance, and suggest continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Strong experience managing WordPress websites.
• Proven track record with on‑page SEO optimization.
• Hands‑on experience with Search Atlas and Go High Level.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High attention to detail, organization, and problem‑solving mindset.
• Good written English communication skills.
• Availability to work on a fixed EST schedule.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and basic HTML/CSS.
• Background in home services or real estate is a plus.
