Zone Business Leader, IGT Devices LATAM

About the role

Lead commercial partnerships with customers across multiple LATAM countries, driving revenue growth, fostering strong relationships and negotiating contracts to maximise market share and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Drive performance in a distributor‑led model, set expectations and hold partners accountable.
• Build and execute country‑by‑country market development strategies to accelerate therapy adoption.
• Lead complex multi‑country deal making, including pricing, tenders and negotiations.
• Develop and implement the sales strategy, forecasts and Annual Operating Plan to achieve targets.
• Lead the sales team and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure effective market execution.
• Manage a moderate product portfolio, improve sales and margins, and expand business opportunities.
• Address and resolve complex issues during the sales process to maintain client satisfaction.
• Maintain strong market knowledge to secure targeted market share and competitive positioning.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of sales and marketing experience in the medical device industry, preferably Image Guided Therapy.
• Proven leadership of multicultural, high‑performing teams in distributor‑driven, multi‑country markets.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of deal‑making, pricing and revenue growth.
• Entrepreneurial, hands‑on mindset with ability to build markets and drive transformation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, influencing senior internal and external partners.
• Experience in financial planning, forecasting and P&L management.
• Fluent in English; additional LATAM languages are a strong advantage.
