AI‑Driven Social Media & Storytelling Associate

About the role

Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a remote‑based Storytelling Associate to own and amplify its narrative across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms. The role blends social media expertise with AI‑powered content creation to showcase the organization’s innovative musculoskeletal care model.

Key responsibilities

• Produce on‑brand graphics, carousels, and educational posts at scale using Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, and Adobe Express.
• Maintain a comprehensive Canva Brand Kit to ensure visual consistency across all channels.
• Design lightweight web‑based assets such as landing pages, microsites, and patient story galleries using Replit AI and Figma AI.
• Create, edit, and optimize short‑form video content with CapCut AI, Runway, HeyGen, and Descript for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Leverage AI tools (Opus Clip or similar) to generate clips from longer surgeon interviews and clinical footage.

Required profile

• Native familiarity with major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts).
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Passion for storytelling in the healthcare space.
