About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) focused on B2B healthcare technology solutions. The role is essential for generating new business opportunities and building a qualified sales pipeline within the healthcare ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline through active prospecting, outreach, networking, referrals, and research.
  • Conduct outbound activities such as cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn engagement to connect with decision‑makers.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs and matching them with technology solutions.
  • Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, leads, and pipeline progress.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and alignment.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, or business development.
  • Strong “hunter” mindset with a track record of creating opportunities from scratch.
  • Experience targeting healthcare organizations such as clinics, hospitals, or health‑tech companies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Highly proactive, self‑driven, and results‑oriented.
  • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, performance‑driven environments.
  • Professional level of English; Spanish is a plus.
