Business Development Specialist

About the role

Keeta is looking for a Business Development Specialist to build and manage its merchant network across Brazil. You will have autonomy to shape commercial strategies, drive partner performance, and influence how the platform operates on the ground.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute commercial frameworks for merchant onboarding, including pricing models and growth roadmaps.
• Own end‑to‑end partner performance by establishing KPIs, conducting business reviews, and improving service quality and profitability.
• Develop and deliver onboarding programs and ongoing training to ensure partners meet operational standards.
• Analyze market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify high‑potential partners.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Finance teams to align partner capabilities with business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in business development, logistics operations, or B2B commercial partnerships, preferably in delivery, food service, retail, or FMCG.
• Proven track record of building and scaling partner networks with strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments while managing multiple partners.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using KPIs and business metrics.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
