Business Operations Specialist – São Paulo

About the role

CloudKitchens is looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join its São Paulo office. You will turn raw sales and operations data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain analytics reports and dashboards for sales and operations.
• Monitor data quality, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses of operating metrics, formulate hypotheses, and present findings.
• Communicate analytical results clearly to senior leaders to support prioritisation.
• Collaborate with business leaders to implement sales initiatives and track outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting.
• Project‑management experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a bonus.
