About the role
We are looking for a Country Manager to lead PITZ’s entry into the Brazilian automotive aftermarket. Based in São Paulo with a hybrid work model, you will own the full P&L, build the distributor network and scale operations across multiple cities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for Brazil, signing distributors and activating workshops.
- Recruit, train and manage a commercial team including sales reps and distributor success managers.
- Drive revenue growth, margin improvement and cost control while expanding to at least five additional cities within 12 months.
- Promote adoption of PITZ Capital, increasing credit penetration from 40 % to 70 % across the workshop base.
- Coordinate with PITZ teams in Mexico and the United States to align product feedback and global strategy.
Required profile
- Extensive knowledge of the Brazilian automotive aftermarket or related sectors such as auto parts, lubricants, tires or fleet management.
- Established relationships with distributors, auto‑parts retailers and supply‑chain partners.
- Proven experience building and scaling a business unit or country operation, preferably through distribution channels.
- Strong P&L management experience and ability to lead a commercial team from scratch.
Required skills
- Deep understanding of automotive parts distribution and workshop operations.
- Negotiation and partnership development with distributors.
- Strategic planning and execution across multiple cities.
