About the role
COTY is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead end‑to‑end order execution across its global beauty portfolio. The role ensures fast, accurate order processing while driving automation, standardisation and cross‑functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Guarantee accurate and timely execution of customer orders from receipt to delivery.
- Manage exceptions, priorities and escalations to protect customer experience and business continuity.
- Own the Order‑to‑Delivery process, coordinating with Sales, Master Data, Distribution Centers and Transportation teams.
- Monitor operational performance, identify bottlenecks and lead root‑cause analyses.
- Identify cost‑reduction opportunities and support cost‑to‑serve discussions with data‑driven insights.
- Lead automation and standardisation initiatives, partnering with IT on digital solutions such as EDI and system integrations.
- Define, track and analyse operational KPIs including order accuracy, cycle time and backlog.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in logistics, order management or customer service operations within a large, multi‑brand environment.
