About the role

As the Director of Business Operations you will be the principal architect of the Commercial Business Operations (CBO) execution strategy, building automated systems that enable global scale. You will shift the organization from reactive workflows to a proactive, tech‑enabled operating model that drives speed‑to‑market and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Business Process Transformation by redesigning core GTM workflows with AI augmentation to eliminate operational debt.
• Build and govern unified playbooks that align cross‑functional workstreams for seamless execution across the commercial lifecycle.
• Drive Scale & Excellence by establishing enterprise standards for growth, measurement, and iteration.
• Direct Commercial Activation strategy for market entries and portfolio expansion, ensuring infrastructure is ready to capture new revenue streams.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of experience in business operations or project management, focused on SaaS GTM motions.
• Proven ability to create frameworks that align diverse stakeholders and identify high‑impact opportunities.
• Motivated by a builder environment where you design systems from the ground up.
