Event Experiences Marketing Manager - FIFA Fan Festival

About the role

The Event Experiences Marketing Manager will support the Experiential Marketing Manager in Brazil to design, develop and deliver the FIFA Fan Festival™ for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027. The role focuses on commercial strategy, brand activation, partner integration and fan engagement across host cities, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to align with FIFA’s global objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the commercial and strategic framework for the FIFA Fan Festival™ in each host city.
• Coordinate communications, promotional planning and media partner alignment.
• Prepare workshops, presentations and strategic alignment sessions for local and Zurich teams.
• Maintain SharePoint documentation and ensure high‑quality project document management.
• Lead local meetings, produce minutes and provide regular updates to the Zurich team.
• Support budget tracking, procurement processes and risk/issue escalation.
• Review plans and materials to ensure compliance with FIFA commercial rights and partner obligations.
• Provide market insights and stakeholder context to inform strategic decisions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for host cities and coordinate delivery of promotional copy, brand assets and other deliverables.
