Global Recruiter (Rio de Janeiro)

About the role

Airswift is seeking a Global Recruiter to join its Rio de Janeiro office. You will support both existing and new customers by delivering end‑to‑end recruitment services across a range of STEM sectors. The role offers the chance to develop deep recruitment expertise while building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates using job boards, social media, networking and internal databases.
• Review resumes, conduct phone interviews and assess candidates’ skills against client requirements.
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed profiles and insights.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both parties.
• Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as managing candidate data, preparing contracts or offers, and maintaining accurate recruitment records.
• Collaborate closely with senior consultants and team members to meet recruitment targets and client needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Drive to meet and exceed targets (calls, submissions, interviews, placements).
• Ability to work independently, stay motivated during slow periods and handle rejection.
• Eagerness to learn about the recruitment industry and develop a career in recruitment.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
