About the role
We are seeking an entrepreneurial Head of Cloud Solution Sales to lead the expansion of our cloud business in a fast‑growing startup. You will build the sales function from scratch, leveraging your deep knowledge of cloud platforms and an existing network of enterprise clients to drive immediate revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the cloud sales strategy in a high‑growth environment.
- Build, lead, and scale the sales team as the company expands.
- Leverage an existing portfolio of clients and relationships to generate immediate business impact.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high‑value enterprise deals.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion across industries.
- Collaborate closely with founders and cross‑functional teams to align growth initiatives.
- Establish scalable processes for pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue growth.
Required profile
- Proven experience in cloud sales leadership roles within fast‑paced environments.
- Strong track record selling AWS, GCP, or Azure solutions.
- Existing portfolio of clients and active relationships that can be leveraged from day one.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate hands‑on and build from scratch.
- Demonstrated success in closing complex, high‑value deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

What we offer
- Competitive compensation up to BRL 60,000 per month plus bonus.
