Mid-Level Commercial Lawyer

About the role

EBANX is looking for a Mid‑Level Commercial Lawyer to act as a strategic partner for its Commercial teams. You will support contract negotiations with international clients, ensuring agreements drive growth while protecting the company’s interests.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements with global clients.
• Provide legal advisory and strategic guidance to commercial stakeholders.
• Refine contract templates and internal legal processes to keep pace with rapid scaling.
• Translate complex legal language into clear business insights.
• Manage high volumes of contracts under tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing complex commercial contracts.
• Ability to convey legal concepts in clear, actionable terms.
• Strong organizational skills and capacity to handle high‑volume workloads.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
